All are valid points. Key is to be organized regarding your schedule and tasks: 1) Create alerts for specific days and times and task per client. 2) Do the actual task. 3) Delete from original alert. 4) Edit/reschedule date and time if necessary. 5) Follow up with client regarding level of need fulfilled, level of satisfaction and happiness. Be consistent and diligent with these 5 steps.
