Today, anything Microsoft or Google, are in fact 2 faces of the same coin. Google created the Tensor Flow operating system, so the os could operate in tensors or tensor data units. First check whether your hardware can process in tensor units. Else consider using Virtualization by Google Virtual Machines to operate in Tensor Processing Units. As simple as that. Happy reading.
