In the virtual world it is even more important to create that bond of team and trust that motivates your teams to grow and learn.
Once you find great staff members who invest in learning, invite them to teach. Give them the opportunity to share what they learned with other staff. This helps your learner learn more by teaching and it exposes new people to the value of learning opportunities. When you can engage colleagues in learning from one another, it's often more impactful and memorable than hearing it from a member of management.
