Good topic, I want to add that understanding the suppliers/customers’s needs and expectations will help to create a positive environment and society, I think that sometimes due to misunderstanding or miscommunication the relationship between suppliers and customers will be difficult, the need to understand both of them perfectly in order to make sure that they stand together on the same base.

From my experience, I have been able to work with our core Logistics suppliers to be innovative by fostering a collaborative and transparent relationship, providing clear expectations for innovation, offering incentives or rewards for creative solutions, and creating a supportive environment for experimentation and risk-taking. The suppliers that provided innovative solutions to reduce our transportation cost based on data analytics gained more business.
