Help create equitable goals for them so that they can succeed in their learning journey. ??They lead with empathy and empower their teams to leverage their lived experiences to dream big!

Understand their goals in lieu of organizational goals. It's important to understand employees' goals but equally important to know if they are on the right track or not in terms of goals. Also, help them understand their strengths. E.g., I fought against my teachers to study HR during my MBA, but my teachers recognised my forte lies in sales and marketing which I disagreed. But now, this is the field that is helping me grow. Sometimes employees lack an understanding of their strengths, and it's important to support them to understand the same. Sometimes through help directly and sometimes indirectly

If you want to become a highly effective leader, you must become highly effective in your growth. In order for you to get to the top, you need to be able to lead your team, and also lead yourself. To become a highly effective leader you need to do more than just climb to the top of the leadership ladder. Getting to the top will make you a great leader but not a highly effective leader. To become a highly effective leader, when you get to the top of the ladder, you must then climb back down, and help your team climb to the top too.

True that, I believe every person is different, and learning should be different for each. A great leader knows how to tackle these little issues. Helping them understand their style is the first step. Knowing they have the right style or preferences can make the start easy.

Absolutely I feel now days people want a more personalised content. They will prefer and chose what suits them best, what will allow them to have the flexibility they need according to their life choices, personalities and even personal styles. Learning professionals and educators are managing a very complex landscape. They need to develop a deeper understanding of their audience . They need to accommodate education to a certain level of personalisation ( if not tech available). Ideally they will be supported with the right technology and data insight’s of their audience that will generate the best results.

Show your team what you are doing to work on your personal growth. Help them to follow in your footsteps and make similar sacrifices to improve themselves and join the path to becoming a highly effective leader.

To foster a culture of learning, it is essential to recognize and celebrate every team member's efforts. By acknowledging and celebrating the steps, the leaders emphasize the value and impact learning brings to their team members.

Celebrate not only their achievements but also foster a culture where individuals feel confident sharing their own successes. Introverts, in particular, can be quiet about their accomplishments and are often overshadowed by those who boast more loudly. Sharing personal success isn't about showing off; it's about imparting learnings from a positive experience.

To be a highly effective leader, you need to look beyond what you would think success was. A highly effective leader looks at success as the beginning of what they are truly committed to, their purpose. A great leader looks at success as the end, and that all they need to do now for the rest of their career is coast. A great leader thinks that they just need to stay on the same path until they retire. Luckily for me, early in my leadership career, I became interested in learning more about leadership. I started watching videos online, reading books, or taking courses. I changed my way of thinking from achieving goals/targets to achieving growth/development.

Sharing something you've found helpful, like a video or an article, and explaining why you found it beneficial can demonstrate your growth mindset in action without coming across as boastful.
