Small business people are short on capital, short on resources, short on time and short on patience. They are also short on social and family interaction. None of this is helpful for online solutions but it can be helpful in short bursts if they are not to tired to take it in.

Mentoring is good but many times it just leads to another expense and questionable assistance. Education in short bursts is extremely helpful but nothing is as good as talking to someone else with the same issues.

A good way to gather feedback and just find interaction with colleague entrepreneurs are the many start-up hubs and accelerator programs. You’ll find like-minded people there and foremost people with the same struggles as you have. It can help to lower the threshold in asking for feedback. Look out for those communities. Ask for feedback, but also not forget: try also to help others and share your own story. It might help other people as well!
