Let's talk ROI. RPA has many benefits, productivity and automation at the forefront. But, its ability to memorialize industry knowledge and domain expertise -- alone -- is enough to make the investment worthwhile. RPA is your "bench strength." It is your QA. Senior leaders most of the time ask for numbers. For example: Annual capacity created, Annual hours saved, No. Of FTEs saved, etc. 3. For similar use cases there should be reusable components available in order to expedite the adoption process. 4. Most of the time things get delayed because of compliance and governance. Keep things crisp and clear in order to increase RPA adoption.
