I generally like to draft an agenda and send it to attendees at least a couple of days beforehand. A meeting agenda offers a schedule of topics you plan to cover in the meeting. Reviewing the agenda helps everyone what to expect in the upcoming session. They can prepare ideas for certain discussion topics or develop strategies for overcoming challenges you might talk about in the meeting.

Um ser humano só segue outro se perceber que terá algum crescimento fazendo isso. Por isso, definir de forma bem clara quais ser?o os ganhos profissionais de cada colaborador ao se envolverem em assuntos sobre data warehouse na empresa é o primeiro passo a se fazer. Mostrar as vantagens de se tornar independente ao construir suas análises partindo de dados do DW, mostrar o qu?o profundo e rico em dados ele pode ser com ajuda do time de negócios, e convence-los que o DW foi feito para eles, stakeholders, para facilitar o processo de decis?o e torna-la mais acertiva. Estabelecendo as vantagens que o time de negócios terá, o oferecendo treinamentos técnicos, certamente os incentivará a participarem com mais frequência.
