Learning is like horizon, how the earth and the sky looks like they are meeting at one end but literally it does not happen. Similarly, learning is never ending process one should always update the knowledge and innovative something new which fulfils the gap for life long learners and Learning should be playful even for gray color students.

These are few things which should be considered while incorporating lifelong learning in strategic planning: > Firstly, The strategy should be updated at least once in every 2 years if not every year as education sector is becoming very dynamic, > The Planning Commission should have a fair representation from Corporate, Academia and student (CXOs, Professors & Student Council), > Developing a robust research culture in the institution. The biggest issue today is education in a classroom is oneway. (Use Case Study and discussions), > Efficient Training resource for Organization, > Lastly, Hire professionals for advice. There is a reason why they are called "Experts".
