As a trained analyst we're programmed to either remove a risk, a problem, or solve a bottleneck. That being said the 5 Whys & SWOT analyses are my go-to tools to help understand the risks/issues/bottlenecks at hand.

As a lead analyst, I am directly influencing the behaviors of others so highlighting positives in the reporting is very critical. In order to get to the other side of tunnel (improved results after putting in effort) let's factor in with empathy, commitment, compassion, patience & positivity in the reporting.

même si on arrive pas à réaliser nos objectifs de performance fixés. toujour il faut voir la partie pleine du verre et valoriser les toutes petites progressions pour motiver les collaborateurs et les inciter à rectifier le tir en les rassemblant au tour de votre projet
