Most importantly, build you designs in a way that they can adapt for future changes

This approach allowed us to quickly get feedback on new features. For instance, when developing a new app interface, we'd create a basic version and observe how users interacted with it. This approach keeps the product evolving in a way that consistently delivers value, aligning with user needs and expectations.

In my viewpoint, the fifth essential stride in enhancing user experience through Agile UX is centered around delivering tangible value. It's crucial to provide functional and usable products that effectively address genuine issues and fulfill actual needs for both users and stakeholders. UX is unfortunately often siloed, as more focus is put on DevOps. UX doesn’t seem Lean and many flavors of Agile exclude specifics on how to work with UX. But your customers only see your users experience. They don’t see how many developers you had or if you were Agile or Lean. They have no idea which DevOps tools are being used. Your company’s UX is the product, and it can make or break you. With so much competition and people happy to uninstall an app or leave a website, it's crucial to focus on that aspect of development. Product, UX, and creative teams need to stay involved during engineering processes, it makes a big difference. They're all vital for your product success.

You can improve user experience with agile by applying Lean UX, which implements functionality in minimum viable increments and determines success by measuring results against a benefit hypothesis. Lean UX includes four steps: 1. Benefit Hypothesis - understand if a feature delivers the expected business result by defining & testing the hypothesis incrementally 2. Collaborative Design - solicit input from stakeholders to refine the problem & create artifacts to reflect emerging understanding 3. Building a Minimum Marketable Feature - provide minimum functionality to recognize customer value & validate benefit hypothesis 4. Evaluating - determine if feature delivers proper outcomes through observation, surveys, usage analytics & A/B testing

Establish a user-centric culture. Foster a culture where everyone values user needs and is committed to designing products that users love to use to reduce their pain points.

Agile promotes "inspect and adapt" Great UX is not born out of the mind of a PM, it is born out of experimentations. Coupled with Agile way of thinking, experiments can be designed in way that each iteration, whether moves the UX metrics up or down, is a step towards your target UX metrics.
