Work-Life braucht da dann keine Balance mehr.

Wie oft habe ich das schon erlebt, es werden gro?e Feedbackrunden eingeholt - und dann? Dann wird das irgendwo von irgendwem angeschaut - hoffentlich. So kommt es zumindest dann bei den Angestellten an. Wenn ich Feedback einhole, muss ich auch bereit sein, darauf zu reagieren. Im schlimmsten Fall kann das auch eine Kündigung oder Versetzung einer Führungskraft bedeuten. Sei bereit auf Feedback einzugehen.

My experience is that it is important in virtual meetings to save some time for a little private exchange on how everybody is doing. Or even arrange some extra calls for that reason - i.e. a virtual coffee. Normally people exchange their heads in a meeting and exchange their hearts in the coffee kitchen. People need the exchange of hearts to feel connected. This fosters the relationship between the people and with this, the performance.
