How can you improve RNN accuracy?

Whereas LSTM does well at both cons for Simple RNN, but also brings complexity, and computational expense. Between these both extremes, GRU offers you both but it is not as simple as a Simple RNN as well as doesnt perform as good at capturing long-term dependencies as LSTM does.
