Organisations have an idea of how the fleet is being used, the level of utilisation, distance travelled etc. BUT without Telematics, you're working in aggregates, and with data over longer periods of time. Telematics allows you to dig in. Know exactly when your fleet is most utilised by the day of the week and the hour of that day, to truly understand how your fleet is operating, and from there make informed decisions around the management of your fleet. This comes into the focus around right-sizing and right-shaping your fleet. Re-allocating of vehicles to the appropriate departments or teams. Driver behaviour is another valuable outcome.
