One thing I found is some of the ATM allows the users to take the card after receiving the money. Which is against the mental model of the user. The main goal using an ATM is to get the money. Once the user accomplishes his primary goal, there is a significant chance he will ignore the next steps. So there is a bigger chance that the user will forget to take the card. Another thing is there is no uniformed way to interact with an ATM. So every time the user uses a different banks ATM he needs to rewire his mental modal which he usually uses to withdraw the money. This highly affects the user experience.
