One time at work, I discovered an online platform that perfectly matched my learning style. In my experience, it's important to balance the cost, time, and accessibility of these resources. One thing I found helpful was joining a professional network, which provided insights into industry trends and valuable learning opportunities.

Think of a professional football player or a professional singer. They have the talent to excel, but that alone is not enough. They practice daily, make sacrifices to stay in shape, have coaches, and learn things related to their careers, such as negotiating contracts, industry trends, or benchmarking with other professionals. Why should it be any different for a professional in your field? In my experience, investing both money and time in yourself is the ultimate catalyst for professional growth. You can either allow life to pave your path for you or create your own.

One thing I've found helpful is to focus on the skills you want to develop while keeping your long-term goals in mind. For example, my ultimate goal is to become a full-time life coach who provides workshops at schools. After receiving my life coaching certification I took a job as a career coach at a university where I was tasked with teaching a course about exploring careers, creating and presenting workshops and having 1-on-1 meetings with current college students. These are all skills I have been concisely developing to take me to the next stage. Now I am currently focusing on building my sales skills and am looking for opportunities to practice sales. Focus on building skills and experience related to your end goal.

Si no te festejas no sientes tu triunfo y es sumamente importante que si lo sientes en todo tu cuerpo, invita a tu familia, tu esposa tus amigos y a lo que tu eliges para este festejo de tu logro. Getting out of your comfort zone is always a learning experience. Whether it is taking a course, meeting new people, of reading out of your speciality, there are ideas available for inspiration, growth, and insight.

To seek new challenges and opportunities, you need to unlearn. Only UNLEARNING the pre-existing perspective will show you the path of new challenges and opportunities. Often many experts miss this trick. They neither challenge their opinion nor they allow others to do. A third eye review or a out of the box thinking will open the door of new opportunities.

One thing I've found helpful is jumping headfirst into spaces and places that I have zero prior knowledge or experience with. At first its hard and uncomfortable, but every time it has pushed me outside my comfort zone. The rewarding part is I've found new passion and interests because I didn't allow the idea of comfort to keep me idled in my growth.

Believe in yourself and your uniqueness. Are resources your problem - I once took a run down Government service to a multi award winning one with no extra budget (in fact I had less than I started the role with!). For that it was a step at a time with a vision of what it could be. It meant working hard and being open to do things differently. Ideas are light bulb moments that start with just a simple thought. Learn to act on those moments.

I feel that if you really listen to your client you will be able to find out that they already know subconsciously on consciously what to do. Than you create a strategy to help them achieve what they could not see
