1 Define engagement

2 Collect data

Once you have defined engagement, you need to collect data from various sources to measure and analyze it. Data can range from quantitative to qualitative, depending on the type and level of information you want to gather. Surveys are a great way to measure employee engagement, as they allow you to collect feedback from a large and representative sample of employees, and compare results across different groups, departments, or regions. Analytics software such as Microsoft Workplace Analytics, Google Workspace Insights, or Slack Analytics can be used to track and measure these data in order to gain insights into how employees communicate and collaborate with each other.

3 Analyze data

Once data is collected, you must analyze it to identify the most engaged employees in your organization and to comprehend the drivers and barriers of engagement. The type of data analysis you use depends on the purpose and scope of your analysis; descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, and predictive analysis are all common techniques. Depois da realiza??o de a??es que geram dados sobre o engajamento, o mais importante é analisar esses dados e de fato fazer a??es que aumentem o engajamento, pois já é comprovado por diversas pesquisas, o quanto o engajamento contribui para a produtividade e por consequência influencia positivamente nas entregas e no atingimento de metas. Sendo assim, a prática da melhoria contínua fundamentada pelos dados trazidos pelos próprios colaboradores irá fortalecer o clima organizacional que tende a ser colaborativo e criar uma cultura ganha ganha, com foco em resultados.
