Not without huge financial support. Will Developing countries able to do this in next 15 to 20 years? 3. Are developed countries consistent with their promises given in 2015? Big NO 4. What abouts scarcity of metals till 2030 and 2050? Need to understand metals mostly available but mining is too slow. So learning and sharing is important from all angles, only few mentioned above.

In my experience you have to look beyond the realm of normal standardized thinking. You have to take a real world problem and convert it into something profitable. If it’s not profitable, one it’s not worth doing and two you will become dis-interested with the project. It is always a good idea to surround yourself with a variety of peers that have experience in and out of the field you are working in. Don’t be afraid to fail and persistence is key to any success. Sometimes a failure is better than a great success as it teaches the attributes it takes to succeed

After reaching every project milestone, I organize a snacks & learn session where we discuss about lessons learnt in that phase of the project and how we can make that learning a part of the process so that in the next project, it is already an integral part of our engineering and design development process. Companies are sometimes set on a way of doing things because the know-how is comfortable and provides results.
