How can you help your client ace a job interview in a new industry?

I always do mock interviews with my Coachees, I play the recruiter role, which allows us to take the exercise seriously, the Coachee will be able to feel the excitement and even nervousness of the scenario and will let them know which type of questions they are feeling stronger and also in which we have to practice much more, the most important goal here is, to be aware that, whatever comes up, they will be more than ready and confident to give their best and also learn from each experience.

Want to go into a new industry? 1. Prepare yourself: Information on the industry and the know how is precious. 2. Practice: Talk with people from the inside, they might give you better insights. 3. Review: Use LinkedIn and Glassdoor to check on what people say about the work culture, interviews and salary from the companies you are targeting. 4. (Bonus) Take the leap: Jumping industries is really challenging, be confident in yourself and apply everything you’ve learned up to this point.
