A picture is worth a thousand words, especially on topics that are easy to over-complicate. Control charts on the most relevant data should be communicated to internal groups as often as possible to make sure good work is recognized, especially if you can highlight successful projects or long-running success. It's easy to focus on defects and issues-of-the-week instead of highlighting a Six Sigma process that hasn't needed attention in months.
