How can you get feedback on your cloud computing skills when you don't have a supervisor?

That is so tough - if you have no one to give you feedback how do you get it? Find testing platforms, find a mentor, just your success by the business results you impact, and constantly look to improve on any and all feedback you can get. You may find your brilliant but you may find you have more to learn. Key is to adopt a life long learning mindset and try to learn and grow every day regardless of who is or who is not watching you.

In my experience, a mentor is great. They don’t even have to be in “your area of expertise “, but the right one will help you find the person or tool to help you get the feedback you need. Finding a mentor is tricky. It’s something I pride myself on as a former teacher, and I always ask when I interview for a new position; “will I have one, do they have a coaching program, it doesn’t have to be my boss-maybe it shouldn’t “, but mentors are critical to your success. If you don’t have one, be bold and brave. Peruse your AD-find someone who works on another team-account-ask. The worst that can happen is they say no. ?????????? You are your own best advocate.
