How can you gain stakeholder support for your company's vision?

Chez AXA Partners, nous avons organisé des workshops d’une journée avec certains de nos partenaires (dépanneurs...). Pendant cette journée, nous avons fait de la sensibilisation en participant à une Fresque de la Mobilité qui permet de comprendre les enjeux et les ordres de grandeur concernant l’impact climatique de ce secteur. Puis l’après-midi, nous avons travaillé sous la forme d’un World Café sur les thématiques de l’inclusion, de l’économie circulaire et de l’optimisation des process sur la cha?ne de valeur.

The best way to take your stakeholders into confidence is to communicate with them consistently. Especially when the organization has come out with a vision and a strategic roadmap to achieve the same, it needs to be communicated to the stakeholders. As a majority of stakeholders are quite inquisitive to know about the future plans of the organization, the simple and easier way is to tell them your vision. The vision statement will give a broader picture and an overall idea about the future orientation of the organization. The vision can be communicated through all popular channels like social media,surveys, advt campaigns,magazines and webinars. How the vision aligns with the organization and how it will benefit stakeholders, be told.

Proactively involve stakeholders through surveys, focus groups, or advisory councils. Seek their input, address concerns, and co-create strategies, fostering ownership

Create an overarching plan that address the above so you are tracking activities and ask for help im each category. Try not to do anything without a partner. Each of those partnershipw can help drive your vision forward. Consider who all is a champion for your strategy and enlist some support for a potential pilot.
