Every now and then, a German and a French colleague with the same function swap roles & countries for 2 weeks. It's an anonymous platform where team members can vent their frustration– but are never allowed to write anything that could lead to identification of any party. It has 2 benefits: 1. It forces the angry part to step back from their emotions long enough to phrase the text according to the guidelines (and thus to cool off a bit). 2. A neutral party could analyze the issues and see if there's a pattern (always the same problem, or at the same time of the yearn, or with similar context), so the company can solve the underlying reasons.
