Also, assess your objective: It is not likely that you will both get feedback and a separate review. If you would like to advertise your reviews while getting feedback, then this objective must be a part of your decision making process. You will need to assess if your platform allows for you to share this customer input across platforms, socials, etc? All the while judging its visibility to your existing customers, prospective customers, and your staff. *NOTE* on some more visible platforms, you will get the 1's & 5's. The 1's from the guests that have hated the service and were moved enough to review, or the 5 star reviews that just gush. Knowing the value for improvement is in the 3.5/4's you have to weigh the benefits of each platform

La parte más útil de una herramienta es quien la usa. Lo normal que he visto en hoteles son sistemas muy robustos usados por personas a quienes no les importa; y, por el otro lado, personas haciendo maravillas con un Excel. El equipo debe de entender no sólo la herramienta y sus capacidades, sino cómo se integran hacia el objetivo, hacia el crecimiento de la organización y hacia su propio desarrollo profesional y personal. Entonces, primero se definen los objetivos y el impacto en todos en el hotel/organización, cómo adoptar y adaptar la info que nos buscamos, y finalmente se evalúan las herramientas y se contrata la más adecuada. El mejor sistema es un equipo comprometido. :)

Nada hacemos con sistemas de última tecnología y vanguardia y que los procedimientos de revisión y contestación de dichas opiniones a nuestros huéspedes, no funcionen. Eso incluye la delegación de funciones y responsabilidades, ya que muchas veces, dependiendo de la estructura del hotel, se recargan a ciertos cargos que ya tienen suficientemente el plato lleno con otras funciones de su día a día.
