You can find them on LinkedIn, at industry events and conferences and if not, use your network to get connected with someone who might be a good fit for your needs. A must: be active with communications associations to stay up to date with trends, get perspectives from communications leaders and grow your network. The mentorship experience is great and absolutely worth the effort required to find what will surely become your best ally with valuable advice on all of your challenges.
