One can do the following things 1) Follow big names in X (Twitter) for any technology. 2) Review Github and see what they are doing and what changes are coming. 3) Join a subreddit for the topic. 4) Review the top and latest questions about the topic in StackOverflow.

Create a plan in starting, once you learn a few things, see if your learning plan needs to be changed and progress your learnings.
