You may find some businesses, that are UAV LiDAR and Photogrammetry specialists. Large scale objects can be scanned with the help of Lidars - same technology as iPhone Pro have, but much more precise and having greater operational distance; so it can be used to scan buildings, large objects, terrains. Attaching such Lidar device to the UAV extends its range. As an output it generates pointcloud ,which needs further processing. There is also one drawback – as it operates in visible spectrum, Lidar have problems with correct detection of reflecting objects eg. building's glasses.
