In implementing these (International Readiness) assessments, we encountered the challenge of cultural biases embedded in certain tools. To counter this, we engaged in a collaborative effort with cultural experts to refine the assessments, ensuring they were not inadvertently favoring certain cultural perspectives. Recognizing that international assignments extend beyond professional realms, we instituted robust support mechanisms. Mentorship programs, cultural integration initiatives, and pre-departure training became integral components, offering the necessary guidance and resources for executives embarking on international roles.

Understanding the objectives of leadership and culture assessment helps in determining what kind of assessment tools will be used. In other words; what specific aspects are you trying to assess? I see the question is very vague! However , broadly speaking- this might include tools to assess communication channels, decisions making process, employee engagement,leadership styles and effectiveness after getting all those inputs an effective communication is to be built to see how can we improve such a culture.
