Should a Facilitator be evaluated by the end result or by the methodology they use to achieve the co-created goals? I think the facilitator has to play a game ; starting from client coaching to being with the team on the finish line. They have to be fully responsible for the co-creation and partially responsible for the actions and the implementation of the same. They become an unbiased individual who is neutral outside the perimeter of control of the goals. They have to constantly follow up to create the true value of these facilitations done by them
