Measurement and Adaptation: Implement tools for regular performance measurement, provide feedback, and adapt objectives based on organizational needs. Recognition and Improvement: Celebrate successes, foster a positive culture, and encourage continuous improvement within the EPM team.

Not only do we want to establish metrics in the beginning phase. It is crucial to anchor the reporting culture into the organisation: - Make sure these metrics are understood by the relevant people, especially those that can influence these metrics - Define a structure on how these metrics will be used, focusing on who and how they will be consumed (e.g., In a formal meeting? Recurring email? Daily check-ins?) Having this direction defined from the beginning will contribute to setting up something operational instead of dashboards that might soon be disregarded due to technical illetiracy or because they are focusing on areas that are not interseting to track.

To make sure your EPM team is on point, you've got to set goals that line up with what the organization is aiming for. Get a solid feedback system going, where everyone can chime in—think self-assessment, feedback from all sides, and what stakeholders have to say. Make sure your criteria for evaluating matches up with what the project needs. Keep an eye on the numbers with KPIs, like how accurate the financial forecasts are, how well the budgeting is going, and if everything lines up. And don't forget to keep pushing for improvement, do regular check-ins, tie in performance-based pay, and create a culture that's all about learning and growing.

Target definition: Objectives needs to be a bit outside of team comfort zone it's nice to have: 1- Retex and previous achievement 2- KPI Composition ( Rather make it scientific and visual) 3- Team including and Expertize consulting 4- Success Criteria Team Performance: From the Lean perspective and in an Operation field QCD are measured this way: 1-Operation cost rate: Direct labour cost Indirect labour cost Utilities cost ...(All dépenses) divided by Deliverable value 2- Failures internal and Customer claims FMEA, RFMEA 3- Delay: operations are timely defined so we simply measure efficiency by dividing Produced hours / Working hours.
