In my opinion to evaluate the performance of human resource management system, it would be based on the below parameters. 1. HRMS product or services tools should be as per the alignment with the organisation objective. 2. its implementation is very important and same needs to be implemented holistically. 3. Adherence of the process and protocol of the HRMS system is essential. 4. Its applicability for each layer employees and user friendly will enhance the attraction for uses and efficiency of the HRMS. 5. capturing of proper data and input inflow timely is also very important parameter for better performance of HRMS. 2.

The most and pivotal is input of data. Focus on accurate input is very important. unless accurate input source of data, it would be challenging to Analyse the data and delivering further for dashboard. Therefore focus on input loop holes to be closed while input the data source is needed for better results.
