Yes, diversity may sometimes even be temporary, and it still needs our attention and special delicate care. For instance, if a learner is hungry, sleepy, tired or emotionally low, on that particular day or moment s/he is eligible for extra care, and hence is a diverse learner for the teacher.

PBL empowers students to acknowledge ideas from various domains. It ensures to see learning differently. Doing projects is a team work. Patience, acceptance of each other's viewpoint is the key. In the classroom context, PBL tells what's worth knowing, how it is different for every person, and how schools and students reconceive the responses with diverse options/solutions. Students learn project management, iterative thinking, they make deep connections and understanding, they become explorers and learn to take reasonable risks. Diversity is included in such activities.

It is useful to use an omni-channel approach to result sharing. While on one hand, exhibitions and poster presentations can be a great motivator for students, publications in formal literature sources can become a valuable source of insight for academia.
