However it should be addressed that the mentee or mentor are not being dye cast, they are being made by hand so no two will be the same although they may look similar. The new manager to be should be allowed to develop themselves while sticking to the goals, outcomes, and objectives. This is where empathy or EQ must be involved in the development

Here you keep everyone up to date, out up the rosters, inform of cut of times for submission etc.
