Our team utilizes a project management software that has very refined steps in the contract process and essentially provides team members with a check list of what to complete and/or accomplish through a transaction. When a team member activates one of these lists, the team leads can monitor the progress and hold the team members accountable for missed deadlines, or offer supportive coaching when they may need it based on where they are in the check list. Ultimately, we have to teach them how to be good agents without supervision and this methodology allows for that and has helped us to be successful as a team.
