What is your vision, mission, strategies, programmes, people, which are the needs of your project participants (use it as against beneficiaries) in the geographies that you serve and then design a programme and a realistic budget based on the identified needs. Now, see the alignment with the funder's objectives and tell them that you have been able to contribute towards a set of outcomes so far, however, your support would amplify this in quantity and quality and also it is aligned with your objectives too and hence, we can create shared outcomes by joining hands.
