When conducting EIA. It is important to remind partners at national level that all global goals set up as SDGs must be indigenized. It is in this way that global thinking can be linked with local action. At the same time it is important to note that people, professionals and providers of resources bring different resources on the table. People identify local priorities and barriers in their way to achieve their goals. This is extremely valuable knowledge resource. Professionals bring in technical knowledge and present the range of technical choices available to community. Providers of resources ( government, philanthropists, and donors) provide financial resources either as investment or subsidy. This helps in making the optimal choice.

Information disclosure is another essential element of EIA, as it enables the public and stakeholders to access relevant and accurate information on the proposed project and its environmental and social implications.
