En voces habladas el procesamiento con efectos y filtros debe ser mínimo, especialmente si enviarás tu audio a un estudio o productora que realizará la masterización final de la pieza. Como trabajo de base puedes aplicar algo de compresión dinámica (Nunca más de 5:1), una ecualización que mejora las frecuencias que necesitan aumentarse o disminuirse según tu micrófono y ambiente de grabación y una peque?o reducción de ruido si es que tienes algún ruido constante como puede ser el piso de ruido del micrófono, vibraciones o sonidos ambientes que pueden reducirse con el aprendizaje automatizado de ruido que ofrecen la mayoría de las DAW.

In my experience it is important to incorporate into these steps asking questions of the project before hand. What is in the project you’re working on. Is this live audio heavy? is it a project that requires more audio sampling and loops? Is this project using acoustic or line instruments? Are the loops of a specific type, meter, rhythm, style or genre? How many loop tracks are needed? Once you know the type of project you’re working on, it makes all the other steps mentioned much more smooth and informed. Also, it lets you know before hand if your equipment and space has the capacity to complete the project alone or with help.
