Patient safety is always priority #1-10. There is no better cost savings than preventing mistakes, errors, and poor quality care. Injured patients do not get their care covered by carriers and lawsuits bring additional costs. Lastly frontline staff are keenly aware of workplace culture and safety, and won’t stay in the organization if safety isn’t prioritized and implemented.
