In the same time systems synergiesnmust be taken to account. For example if we use EC or frequence drived pump in the terminal side 2 way valves( if we use 3 way valves it become meaningles to changestandard AC pump to Frequency drived one) must be used. In my opinion, there are 03 things to verify first; 1. The environment in which the equipment works in. Is it too hot, cold, windy, dusty, magnetic etc. Care must always be taken to get the appropriate equipment that can work efficiently in your natural environment. 2. Is the work done by the equipment adapted to its specifications. Is the equipment being used for the duration it was designed? Sometimes, equipments are overused and overstretched above their operating limits. 3. Is the equipment being operated properly and optimally by personnel? Is personnel well trained to operate the equipment? Monitoring and maintenance begins with the equipment operator. A perfect maintenance and bad usage will eventually lead to equipment failure.

Muy importante adaptar los aparatos e instalaciones a la región geográfica y climática en la que se van a disponer. Si por ejemplo nos encontramos en un lugar costero donde el mar juega un papel importante en el amortiguador térmico, una bomba de calor para tener aire caliente o frío será suficiente. Por otro lado, en climas más continentales con inviernos duros, es mejor un sistema de caldera eléctrica que pueda aportar energía con saltos de temperatura más grandes. Si además necesitamos una temperatura estable, una idea son los suelos radiantes. Que son más eficientes cuanto más continuo y estable es la temperatura deseada. Por tanto estará siempre funcionando pero nos proporcionará un clímax excepcional.
