Le collaborateur qui ne se remets pas en question sur ses points d'amélioration a très peu de chance d'évoluer et encore moins de réussir dans sa nouvelle mission. Pour cela il doit pouvoir compter sur ses pairs, mais le feed back s'il ne se donne pas spontanément se demande, et vu que très peu de collaborateurs le demandent c'est une fa?on très claire de marquer des points auprès de sa direction en vue de la future promotion.
