It is a great idea to always include these in the reports that you showcase, as it will help you and your team stay on track. These personas must be backed by data and research in order to be useful because you and your team will use these personas to make key decisions and pivots throughout the project. Keep Talking: We always stay in touch and share what we learn about users. It's like having regular conversations about how we can make our product better. 2. Make Changes: When we find ways to improve, we don't wait. We make those improvements right away, like fixing something that isn't working well. 3. Try Again: We don't stop at the first try. If something doesn't work, we try a different way, like trying a new recipe if it didn't taste good. 4. Listen to Users: We pay attention to what users tell us. Taking this further, it is vital that agile principles and frameworks be understood and implemented within key stages of development. An agile methodology like SCRUM is excellent with User Experience Design because it provides a clear sign-off while also leaving room for iteration, feedback, and research. In my experience thinking about these feedback loops and iterations is much like version numbers. For example version 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 etc. This way of thinking provides a clear sign-off of each version number while also providing room for growth and flexibility when prioritizing tasks and the project as a whole thus leading to a better understanding of the goals of the project by all team members because they are specific.

Little successes from a user, such as when a user is able to successfully fulfill a task, should be celebrated, since the larger tasks are made up of tiny ones that need to be carefully consider by user flows and/or information architecture. User failures, such as a user leaving a page or not using a product are conversely instances that a designer can use to learn why a flow doesn't work.
