Completely agree. We call this the "Why." The success ratio is much bigger when you create and communicate a framework. We see that an adaption rate of 25%, in the first months, is a reachable goal and often the milestone to really long-term engagement.

If you create a sense of pride and ownership, you will see that employees start sharing your vision without any incentive. Too often, we believe that people only act when they receive something in return.
