Alcancemos la eficiencia dando el primer paso con una auditoría: - Consumos y origen de la energía consumida. - Determinar los KPI, identificar los grandes focos de consumo. Con los resultados identificamos tanto las áreas de mejora, como ponernos a evaluar los costes de implementar las acciones de mejora y también los ahorros que se pueden alcanzar. ?Cómo ahorros?, Sí la clave es que los costes de implementación en los cambios de luminarias, sistemas domóticos de control e instalación fotovoltaica, tendrán un coste pero incorporan un período de retorno y de ahorro que en breve quedará en nuestra imagen corporativa y en las cuentas de resultados

Plantear y planificar cuales son las oportunidades para la implementación de una instalación de energía renovable requiere estudiar tanto los recursos económicos, como la idoneidad que recoge nuestra ubicación, disponibilidad del recurso (incidencia solar, viento, agua, biomasa o aprovecho geotermia). Debemos revisar las opciones de solicitar subvenciones y evaluar créditos fiscales, es fundamental un estudio económico ligado al retorno. Abriendo aún más el abanico a opciones de sinergias con otras industrias o instalaciones ubicadas en el mismo área industrial en que trabajamos, como con entidades públicas que puedan compartir tanto los costes de la instalación como después el aprovechamiento de esa energía producida.

Implementado un uso de energía renovable, debemos disponer primero de un equipo técnico, aplicación y programa de seguimiento que dispone de la información de la energía disponible, identificar las incidencias que puedan producirse. El equipo debe estar formado y asignado con los roles cuya finalidad está en la optimización con alta respuesta. Los miembros por tanto se reparten las tareas entre ellos estableciendo las comunicaciones necesarias. A los empleados, debe hacérseles sentir parte del proyecto, el traslado de la información, y las acciones que también puedan aportar (ej.: apagado de equipos por tiempo de inactividad), junto con los paneles en continuo indicando uso y mejora contribuye a identificar los logros con la implantación.
