Process design without two-way communication is a battery without power ... useless. To engage stakeholders, bring them into the fold of creation, and actively seek out their advice. 1. Empower them to not just voice their concern, but iterate with you. 2. Ask them what you may have missed in the first or even final designs. 3. Communicate with them along the journey of the process. Set a reasonable cadence respecting their time and honor the contributions the stakeholders bring, whether they have an internal or external impact.

Por dos razones; (I) porque al ser parte del equipo de dise?o de procesos, conocen de manera puntual el funcionamiento y el propósito de estos. I used to volunteer for many work side-projects despite having all of my full-time responsibilities. Why? I was building my portfolio. I was pivoting. I was growing my knowledge. Process Design is an opportunity for somebody to shine -- grow, learn, expand, and be recognized by their ability to support an impactful business element. There are those who are ready to support and advance. You need to give them the opportunity.

The foundation can be reinforced with the right amount of product 'stickiness' or binding agent, but only if you know what's missing. 1. Track your baseline ingredients and the elements that were baked into the mvp. 2. Your MVP, if successful, means you find the suite of products and flavor types that align with your target customer. Now, who wants to eat banana bread?

Making the training program practical, actionable and interactive helps tremendously with engagement. To participate in a training program, learners want to know what's in it for them and how the learning can be applied in their daily job. Making it fun and active adds an extra motivation. Here are some ways to make the program more appealing: - examples related to the learner's work (if the group is diverse : examples from many different domains) - use multiple training methods to vary the rythm (video, presentation, activity, group discussion, reverse-mentoring, etc.) - use practical activities and simulations - offer coaching in addition to the training so people can apply their new skills in their work with some support and feedback
