Change the seating order and encourage students to think on their feet. They do not need to sit all the time.

They may have many excellent ideas, but don't know the right ways to articulate them, and this may cause them to be afraid to speak during class. As an example, I'm now a fairly proficient French speaker, but when I was still learning the language back in high school, I often struggled to express ideas properly. This being said, as a teacher, you will need to show your students the language needed to express ideas. For example, if you're asking a "Do you think... Why?" question, a default answer would be "I think... because...". It also helps if you can give an example of how it's used too.

Personnellement, la pédagogique par projet, au-delà de la notion de défi, permet à tous les types d'apprenants de se mettre dans une position d'altérité qui leur permet d'acquérir de nouvelles compétences sans se soucier de leur gênes ou habitudes quotidiennes. Tout comme la catharsis, cela leur donne la possibilité, en étant autre, avec des objectifs clairs et la collaboration, de mettre en oeuvre ce qu'ils ont appris et d'aller toujours plus loin. Enfin des moments de réflexion et de remédiation permettent d'ancrer totalement les apprentissages et les savoirs-faire.
