How can you encourage continuous learning to prevent conflicts in teams?

Continous Learning should highly focus on Interpersonal Skills. A lot of conflict in teams happens because of a lack of those skills. Soft skills are important in ensuring that dependencies are properly managed in processes.

being a small group we sometimes had to learn to take over other responsibilities therefore increasing our learnings into various roles played by the team members and this intern became an in-service training method that was very effective because if a gap arises then either one of the team members wouldn’t say it’s not their responsibility but would take over and make sure that the task is done and delivered within the timeframe required
