When embarking on an AI based project, having an agile mindset with business and IT leaders participating in scrum (MVP) will enable open communication on the scope and deliverables around AI deliverables and a collective ownership related to the efficiency being delivered. If the algorithms are worked in siloes without active user participation then the chances of failure, mis-communication as we a willingness to accept AI as a potential option becomes an issue. Open communication and team effort is the key to success.

User Engagement is necessary as the feedback helps you to get the insights about your algorithms whether it is serving the purpose or not. The best way to take the feedback is to give the feedback form to customer after the person uses the functionality and also provide him the channels for the communication to take the urgent/important issues.
