One thing I have found helpful is to cross collaborate with other leaders and learn how they have contributed. I also find that others when asked are always willing to coach and or lean in to share their "what has worked and what has not worked". in highly matrixed organization - cross collaborate is key and sharing is key to break down barriers. we also need to be open to learn - come in at curious versus defensive.
