The information superhighway fondly known as Internet has been a primary educator for the users. Most users are well aware of this feature for ages, as several websites nowadays provide features like sign in with Facebook or gmail. Having said that, incorporating the same concept within the corporate wouldn’t be a major challenge and subsequently adoption by users. Users would more than happy to participate as it’s very easy to remember one password. Of course the basic requisite is that the primary password should be complex and backed with MFA.

In order to effectively train users on SSO authentication protocols, you should provide them with step-by-step instructions, screenshots, videos, or interactive tutorials that demonstrate how to use SSO.
