We want to clear up any ambiguity to ensure that your team and clients have a clear understanding of what our goals. I often find that it helps clear a pathway for more deep conversations. We must continue to ask open ended questions. Be specific, be relevant, be constructive. I've found that being very transparent of the goals, it fosters an open environment which is crucial for the success of any project. It's great having on open line of communication with my partners. These kinds of things keep our conversation and goals aligned to one another.
